Heidi Klum insures her legs for $2.2 million (9 crores)
Supermodel Heidi Klum has insured her legs for $2.2 million (9 crores). Heidi Klum insured her left leg for $1 million, and her right leg for $1.2 million.
The reason for the $200,000 difference between the two legs? A small scar on her left knee.
The model, who is married to singer Seal, says a scar on her right knee means the money-maker is worth £100,00- less than her left.
She said: “They are different values because I have this little scar.”
Heidi isn't the first celebrity to have insured a body part.
Singer Beyonce is said to have had her bottom insured while Jennifer Lopez has had her entire body insured.
Country singer Dolly Parton has had her breasts insured for £371,000 while Bruce Springsteen insured his voice for £3.7 million.
